Leadership Development Course - Phase V

Phase V introduces leaders to their specialized ministry callings and gifts, teaching them to operate in the spirit of excellence. It provides leaders with specialized training to develop their gifts and call.

This course involves a careful examination of the qualifications it takes to be a Ministry Leader. Emphasis are on development of basic skills and ethics.  It is an exploratory, first course in Christian Ministry designed primarily for students who know they have been called by God and plan to operate fully in ministry. This is a lecture-style course in which topics are presented by the instructor, theological truths are explained. It introduces students to time and quality requirements for effective ministry. It also introduces students to their specialized ministry callings and gifts, teaching them to operate in the spirit of excellence.
