Leadership Development Course - Phase II

Phase II helps leaders develop a deeper understanding of scriptural truth, and increase their knowledge of theological and biblical literacy. It offers an introduction to a full range of subjects.

This course involves a careful examination of the qualifications it takes to be a Ministry Leader. Emphasis are on development of basic skills and ethics.  It is an exploratory, first course in Christian Ministry designed primarily for students who know they have been called by God and plan to operate fully in ministry. This is a lecture-style course in which topics are presented by the instructor, theological truths are explained. It introduces students to time and quality requirements for effective ministry. It also introduces students to their specialized ministry callings and gifts, teaching them to operate in the spirit of excellence.
